These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "You") and RA66 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ra66.cam, including all services, games, promotions, and features made available therein.

RA66 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under applicable international licensing, offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports wagering, crash games, and related entertainment products to eligible users. RA66 serves members across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions.

By accessing ra66.cam, creating an account, making deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below:

To register an account and use the RA66 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.RA66 strictly enforces this requirement and will verify age during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on RA66. Only one account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of RA66, or an immediate family member thereof, unless explicitly authorised in writing.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities in accordance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. It is solely your responsibility to verify this before registering.

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, RA66 is required to verify your identity under its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You will be required to submit:

1. A clear photocopy or digital scan of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
2. A recent selfie photograph held alongside your ID document, taken as directed by our verification team.
3. Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement header), where applicable.

KYC verification is a one-time process unless RA66 requests re-verification due to updated regulatory requirements or suspected account misuse. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in a hold on withdrawal requests until verification is completed satisfactorily.

RA66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20). Availability of specific methods may change without prior notice.

All Account balances, transaction amounts, and displayed figures onRA66 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the User has deposited in cryptocurrency, in which case an equivalent MYR value is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and the absence of any outstanding investigations or account flags. Typical processing times are 5–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and up to several business hours for bank transfers, though these timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

RA66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, referal rewards, and other promotional incentives to Members. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

General bonus terms that apply across all RA66 promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are issued in MYR and are credited to the Member's bonus wallet. Bonus balances are separate from real-money balances until wagering requirements are met.
• A Member may only claim any single welcome bonus offer once. Attempting to claim the same promotion using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• RA66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• If RA66 determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotions, RA66 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the offending account.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible members based on their verified date of birth and VIP tier. Eligibility requires an active account with at least one qualifying deposit within the 30 days preceding the member's birthday.
• Referal bonuses (MYR 38 per successful referral) are paid only when the referred party has registered a new account using the referrer's unique code and completed a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

All games available on RA66 are provided by licensed international game studios and are subject to those studios' individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All games on theRA66 platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer gameplay, both of which have been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages, where displayed, are long-run theoretical figures and do not guarantee any specific outcome during any individual session.

RA66 reserves the right to void bets placed at eroneous odds or at prices that were published due to a technical error. Where a bet is voided under this clause, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's wallet in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RA66 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to relevant legal authorities:

• MultiAccounting: Creating or operating more than one account per individual, household, device, or payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic exploitation of promotions, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using multiple accounts, or creating accounts solely to claim welcome offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live dealer games, or sports betting syndicates designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated betting tools to interact with the platform without explicit written permission from RA66.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Depositing via stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods; initiating fraudulent chargebacks; or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the RA66 platform to process, layer, or conceal proceeds from criminal activity in any form.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, fraudulent documents, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access for an underage individual.

All content on ra66.cam — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, source code, game assets, trademarks, and service marks — is the intellectual property of RA66 or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ra66.cam without prior written consent from RA66.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RA66, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or profits arising from gambling outcomes;
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical malfunctions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Any reliance on information or game data displayed on the platform;
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events.

RA66's total liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

RA66 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available atra66.cam/privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Your personal data, including identity documents submitted for KYC, financial transaction records, and account activity logs, may be retained for a period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations, typically a minimum of five years following account closure.

RA66 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting its members from the potential harms of uncontrolled gambling behaviour. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to allRA66 Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-played alerts to remind you to take regular breaks during gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the platform. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

RA66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct;
• The account has been compromised or is being used by an unauthorised party;
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement obligations necessitate account action.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Member, RA66 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and real-money balances, where such funds are linked to prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity. Where an account is closed atRA66's discretion without cause attributable to the Member, any legitimate balance will be returned via the Member's registered withdrawal method following standard processing.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting theRA66 support team. Any qualifying balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as standard withdrawal following verification.

RA66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, RA66 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their account or through a prominent in-platform notification.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is clearly displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the RA66 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under whichRA66 is licensed and operated. In the event of a dispute between a Member and RA66, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as specified by RA66's licensing authority. RA66 shall not be responsible for any legal costs incurred by a Member in pursuing a dispute independently.

Nothing in this clause limitsRA66's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with a breach of intellectual property rights, fraud, or prohibited conduct.
